We sell only fresh and genuine goods from all designer brands and ABSOLUTELY NO fake, replica or imitations, knockoffs and imposter. WE offer 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION by accepting returns from customers for any reasons.
     
  • Are your products fresh and genuine?
    We sell only fresh and genuine goods. Absolutely no knockoffs or imposter fragrances are sold at Discount Perfume House. If you are not satisfied with the goods in any way, you can ask for refund within 30 days of your purchase.
     
  • Can I get some items not listed?
    Yes, although we may not carry all items in store. With our extensive sourcing capabilities, we may be able to get the items you are looking for. Kindly leave us a message, we may be able to provide a quotation to you.
     
  • Will you do offer wholesale discount if I buy more?
    For those who are looking for special discount for bulk purchases, we can provide a wholesale quotation as long as you fulfill following requirements:
    1. Order size should not be less than US$250.
    2. Order quantity of each item should be 3 pieces or more.
    3. As not all items on sale in the e-store are available for wholesaling, you may need to send your request to inquiry@discount-perfume-house.com for a quotation.

    We are using the latest SS 128-bit encryption technology to protect credit card information and to secure transaction. We also respect your privacy. All your information provided in the course of transaction will be kept only for our in-store promotion only. We DO NOT sell, rent or provide customer's details to any third parties.

DELIVERY

  • How would my item be shipped and what shipping option can I choose?
    All items will be shipped from Hong Kong, the world-renowned free port. Shipping will be handled by Hong Kong Post.
    There are three shipping methods for customers to choose from:
    1. Regular Airmail. Most affordable shipping method. Delivery time takes 2-3 days longer than registered airmail. No tracking number provided.
    2. Registered Airmili. Faster shipping than regular airmail. Limited mail tracking. Signature required for delivery. For registered services, please add US$1.5 at checkout.
    3. Speed Post. Instant Online Mail Tracking. 2-3 days to most destinations in the world. Rates for Express Post shipping are:
      USA (including Hawaii and Alaska), Canada, Australia and Oceania, Asia = US$14 per order
      All of Europe, Middle East, Rest of the World = US$20 per order.

  • How long do I get my items?
    Delivery may vary depending on the destination. Below are our estimates of delivery time taken to different destination:
    1. 4-6 business days (excluding Sunday) to large capital cities.
    2. 7-10 business days for other small cities or town elsewhere in the world.
    3. 10-14 business days for less accessible destinations.

  • Why I don't get my items? What can I do?
    Shipping delay could be caused by a lot of variations. Possible causes of shipping delay could include following:

    Possible reasons for shipping delay:
    1. Customs of some nations may perform special inspections occasionally. This may cause delivery delay by a few days.
    2. Items could be misplaced at your local post office. Be sure to check with local post office.
    3. 3. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Be sure to leave us your most up-to-date mailing address. If the address shown on Paypal has not been updated, do update us via email to order@discount-perfume-house.com within 24 hours since your purchase.
    4. Nobody at home to sign up for delivery.

    You are advised to check with local post office to see if there is any misplacement. If you are unable to locate the item at your local post office, you may contact us at order@discount-perfume-house.com. Please remember to include the ORDER NUMBER in your email every time for easy reference.

  • How do I know my item has been shipped?
    After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number. You are advised to add our email order@discount-perfume-house.com to your address book. An e-mail will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and reference number for your package. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

  • Do I have a tracking number for my order?
    If your order was shipped by Express Post then you can track your order through www.hongkongpost.com. You can also use your own country's postal service's website if they have an EMS tracking option available online.

    For registered airmail, only limited tracking is available and only after a certain period of time from the date of dispatch, normally 10 working days. The tracking websites are the same as mentioned above.

    Please note no tracking is available for non-registered airmail.

  • Will there be custom duties or other taxes involved?
    Although we will declare the shipment as GIFT with a value of US$10 and will not use official names on the return address, it is still possible that that your goods be held for Customs Inspection and the order may still be subject to customer duties or taxes. Please understand that Discount Perfume House will not have control over the situation.

RETURN

  • Can I return the goods purchased if I am not satisfied with it?
    Yes, we guaranteed 100% customer satisfaction. You will receive refund if you are not satisfied with the item purchased. To qualify for refund, one should:
    1. Notify us within 14 days of receipt by sending email to order@discount-perfume-house.com before physically sending the items back. We DO NOT accept return goods without prior notification.
    2. Return the item unopened and unused and in its original packaging. We WILL NOT offer refund if the item has been opened and used.
    3. Ensure that you have provided following information: NAME & ADDRESS, CONTACT EMAIL, ORDER NUMBER & REASON FOR RETURN.

    Full refund with shipping charges paid will be granted only in occasion where there there are defects in the goods on receipt, whereas only product cost will be refunded in other occasions.

  • How can I pay for my item?
    Paypal is the only payment method accepted by us to date. We still continue to introduce other payment methods in due course.
